We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Switchback on Platte experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

At Switchback on Platte, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Littleton! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, contact a locksmith if necessary.

AMENITIES

Reserved parking is $15/ month and general parking is $8/ month.

Our renter's insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the renter's insurance policy at Switchback on Platte, please contact our leasing office!

Switchback on Platte will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 2 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 4 times (gross market rent).

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of our apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Yes! We offer self-guided tours here so you can take a look at our property when it is most convenient to you.

Of course! When you schedule a self-guided tour, you can set your own pace and even choose to skip seeing amenities, going straight to the apartment if you need. 

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour, whether it is guided or self-guided.

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.
